Houston, TX — Leg Pain and Vascular Institute (LPVI) would like to inform our patients and community partners of an important location update.

Our former Baytown-area clinic at 1113 W Baker Rd, Baytown, TX 77521 is no longer seeing patients. To better serve our growing patient population and expand access to care, services previously offered in Baytown have been relocated to our new Houston-area location:

Patients can continue to expect the same high-quality, minimally invasive care for leg pain, vascular conditions, and chronic pain at this updated location.

This remains our primary clinic for evaluations, consultations, and ongoing vascular care.
